Welcome to Harmony Education Aotearoa 2025 Registration. You can register for any of the Central (Tawa) [now closed], Northern (Hamilton), or  Southern (Christchurch) HEA weekends..

You can register one delegate or several. If registering more than one, you will make one payment for all the delegates you register when you check out.

It is possible to go back and alter details at any stage before you reach the checkout stage, and you can view the details of all current registrations at any time in your shopping cart.

To start the registration process, click the button below for the weekend you wish to attend and enter the required details. There are several screens to complete, but the process shouldn't take you long.  You will need to have available a contact phone number, an email address, a postal address, and the details of a credit card to be debited for the owed amount.  Please note that credit card is the only payment method we can accept.

Chorus/Chapter Bulk Registrations
Please get your chorus to contact us at heareg@barbershopharmony.nz if they are planning to make a bulk payment for all their registrations. This needs to be in place before your register for the HEA weekend. You will then see a "My Chorus Will Pay" option. Bulk registration will close 2 weeks before each event.

Merchandise
You can also purchase BHNZ hoodies, sweatshirts and T-shirts as part of your registration. If you want to check out the sizing etc first - see the Merchandise page.

Note that there is no delivery of merchandise - you must pick up the clothing you purchase at one of the HEA 2025 events. Orders can either be placed via your registration, or via the Merchandise page and must be paid for 2 weeks before each event.

Please DO NOT purchase merchandise as part of your registration if your chorus is paying in bulk. Complete your registration without selecting any merchandise and then use the separate Merchandise page under HEA 2025 to pay for it yourself.
