Welcome to Harmony Education Aotearoa 2026 Registration. At present you can register for the HEA Central (El Rancho, Waikanae) weekend. The Northern and Southern registrations will be available shortly.

Notes Regarding Registration
- You can register one delegate or several. If registering more than one, you will make one payment for all the delegates you register when you check out.
- It is possible to go back and alter details at any stage before you reach the checkout stage, and you can view the details of all current registrations at any time in your shopping cart.
- To start the registration process, click the button below for the weekend you wish to attend and enter the required details. There are several screens to complete, but the process shouldn't take you long. You will need to have available a contact phone number, an email address, a postal address, and the details of a credit card to be debited for the owed amount. Please note that credit card is the only payment method we can accept.
Chorus/Chapter Bulk Registrations
Please get your chorus to contact us at heareg@barbershopharmony.nz if they are planning to make a bulk payment for all their HEA registrations. This needs to be in place before you register for the HEA weekend. You will then see a "My Chorus Will Pay" option. Bulk registration will close two weeks before each event and an invoice sent foor the bulk amount to your Chorus/Chapter.
Quartet Coaching
There is no specific quartet coaching stream, but if all members of your quartet are attending and would like to participate in the "Coaching Under Glass" sessions (see Timetable), then answer the quartet question during registration.
Merchandise
At this stage, there is no merchandise being made available to purchase.
