Registration

Welcome to Un-conventional 2020 Registration. You can register for either of two weekends in October and November 2020. The first will be held in Christchurch on 2-4 October, the second the following month 6-8 November in Ngaruawahia (near Hamilton).

Programmes for the weekends are available here [Timetables].

You can register one person or several. If registering more than one, you will make one payment for all the delegates you register when you check out (payment is only required for the accommodation at Ngaruawahia).

It is possible to go back and alter details at any stage before you reach the checkout stage, and you can view the details of all current registrations at any time in your shopping cart.

If you are in an established quartet, you can register your interest in having some coaching  (We have a limited number of coaches so to make sure every quartet gets a good dollop of coaching we need to limit the number of quartets - so established quartets only, please (i.e. you have aspirations to compete, you have regular rehearsals, etc.).
Note: We cannot accept any more requests for quartet coaching at Christchurch.

To start the registration process, click one of the two buttons below and enter the required details. There are several screens to complete, but the process shouldn't take you long.  You will need to have available:

  • a contact phone number,
  • an email address (where the registration confirmation will be sent),
  • a postal address,
  • the details of a credit card to be debited for the owed amount (if any). Please note that credit card is the only payment method we can accept.
Note: Please pay by credit card unless you are sure that your chorus is going to pay for your accommodation.

(Sorry Christchurch people, you have to enter your contact details again on the payment page, even though there is nothing to pay...)
